This Khorasan Flour (Kamut) is certified sustainable. An Ancient grain - largely unchanged over millennia. The gluten in this flour is easier to digest and softer on the digestive system and is therefore a favorite amongst those who find gluten hard to digest. It has a rich buttery texture. The wheat grain is unusually large compared to other wheat varieties. It can be used in the same way you would use other white wheat flour.
