The only Einkorn grown in Australia - Single Origin and milled by ourselves! We will NOT be supplying any Einkorn grains. The Einkorn is only available in 1kg bags of WholeGRAIN flour. Nothing has been sieved off and as a result it is increadably healthy. It will however have a shorter shelf life due to the oils in the flour, so keep it cool.

Einkorn is higher in protein, minerals (like iron, magnesium, and zinc), and antioxidants (such as lutein) than modern wheat. This makes it a healthier choice for nutrient-rich bread. For further detailed info on the Einkorn please visit our blog Ancient Grain Blog

  • Einkorn has a different gluten structure than modern wheat, making it easier for some people to digest.
  • It contains less of the problematic D-genome gluten proteins that cause sensitivity in some individuals.
