Operating out of East Victoria Park in Perth WA, our huge range of bread-mixes and flours, including organic and gluten-free options, are perfect for the home baker and the café owner alike. With these fine flours, plus our gourmet flavour additives and utensils, you’ll have everything you need to be covered in flour in no time. We are a local family owned business .
We source our flours from both local WA mills and mills Australia wide. We do NOT purchase our flours from overseas as we firmly support our local WA & Australian farmers. There are occassions that the Mills themselves will import the odd flour type should there be a shortage here in Australia, or it isn't grown here, but we do try and avoid this.
Our sustainable flour range uses grains that are certified sustainable from farmers that focus on soil health. The grains are grown using farming techniques that support soil improvement, use natural inputs and promote the long-term sustainability of the environment. Stone ground flours is a process that allows for the grain to pass through the mill slowly and at cooler temperatures to preserve the precious essential enzymes and nutrients retained in the wholegrain.
Our mission is to build families and communities back together again with happy memories & what better way to do that than through baking your own bread and sharing it around the table with your favourite topping, be it lashings of butter and jam, or Vegemite. You don't have to be a master chef to bake bread, making it in a bread machine is just as acceptable as making it by hand, its the memories which is important, coming home to the wonderful aroma of baking bread!
